Collaboration was the theme of Kinsale Lions Club held a full to capacity sell-out event Budget Breakfast Briefing with leading Economist Jim Power. All sectors of the community business were present for what was a very informative and collaborative morning. The event was chaired by Accountant Cormac Fitzgerald of Fitzgerald & Partners Accountants and SME Specialists, with a presentation from the President of Kinsale Lions Club Alice de la Cour and Dr. Rory O’ Brien Consultant Paediatrician of Cork University Hospital and CUH Charity was the dedicated charity partner for the morning with proceeds going to Cork University Hospital Emergency Department, Paediatric Ward. Kinsale Lions Club are leaders in community service and thrilled with the positive feedback on the event and the tremendous support from all sectors of business, farming, community, charity in attendance and would like to thank all who supported the event with over 250 people in attendance at Kinsale Hotel & Spa.

Following on from their successful budget breakfast briefing Kinsale Lions Club have started planning their next annual event which is always so well supported. The annual Christmas Toy Appeal which is growing year on year helps sick children in hospital at Christmas time.
